What is Endura Magnesium Oil Spray?

Endura Magnesium Oil Spray is a topical preparation manufactured with BP-grade magnesium chloride and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). Each pump delivers approximately 25 mg of elemental magnesium.

Intended use:

Endura is intended for targeted topical application to areas where magnesium supplementation and local comfort are desired. It may be used as part of a supportive routine for tired, tight or uncomfortable muscles and for areas affected by acute or persistent musculoskeletal discomfort.

Important: Topical magnesium should not be regarded as a substitute for medically indicated oral or intravenous magnesium treatment.

About DMSO:

DMSO is a skin-penetrating substance. After absorption, some DMSO is metabolised to dimethyl sulfone (also known as MSM). DMSO has been investigated for anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects; however, the extent of benefit varies by condition.

Directions for use:

• Apply only to clean, dry, intact skin.
• Spray Endura directly onto the area where needed.
• Gently spread over the area with clean hands if required and allow it to dry.
• Wash hands after application, unless the hands are the area being treated.
• Because DMSO can increase skin penetration of other substances, ensure the skin is free from creams, fragrances, medicines, chemicals and other contaminants before use.

Dose information:

Each pump action delivers approximately 25 mg of elemental magnesium. Use the minimum number of sprays required to cover the intended area twice daily. Do not apply more frequently or over a larger area than directed on the product label or by a healthcare professional.

Warnings and precautions

• For external use only.
• Do not spray onto broken, damaged, freshly shaved or irritated skin.
• Avoid the eyes, mouth, nose and other mucous membranes. If accidental eye exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
• DMSO may cause temporary warmth, redness, itching, dryness or stinging. Discontinue use if significant or persistent irritation develops.
• DMSO can produce a characteristic garlic-like taste or odour on the breath or skin after application.
• Do not apply over substances that you do not want carried through the skin. Keep the application area and hands clean.
• Seek medical advice before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children, or if you have significant kidney disease, take regular medicines, or have a serious medical condition.
• Persistent, severe, unexplained or worsening pain, marked swelling, deformity, weakness, numbness, fever or an inability to use the affected limb requires medical assessment.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage:

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the spray nozzle clean and replace the cap after use.
